Sunday, July 2, 2005, 10 AM - Interlaks Lot.

Today we are off to Invincible Lake. The sky is blue the sun is hot, compared to what we hiked though yesterday rain/hail etc. Off on a new adventure.

What an adventure it was. We made it to Invincible Creek Ok. But may have made some navigation errors getting out of the trees. We did make it to the ridgeline, climbing up fallen trees in the burned out forest. I figure about 25-50 years ago and old growth forest too, no lodge pole pine.

We walked along the ridge and found a good route down.

Now I know the lay of the land a little better, I will have to come back to try again.
